Tatino Williams serves as a Mentor and has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. He is a native of the North Lawndale area and an experienced educator who came to BBF subsequent to teaching fourth grade for seven years at Bethel Christian School of Chicago. As a youth, he was taught that a good education not only comes from attending a quality institution but also from how the scholar applies him or herself. Mr. Williams’ goal is to give back to his community by encouraging every student to work hard to optimize their strengths and address any areas of opportunity. He has held various positions during his tenure at BBF Family Services, working since 2012 as an Instructor, as Assistant Director of Programs, Mentoring Coordinator and now as a Mentor. His expertise is in building exceptional relationships with staff and students as well as Progressive Discipline and Guidance. Tatino received his AA in Applied Science from Westwood College and has completed general course studies at Loyola University.
